Camilli Da Silva

Camilli Da Silva is an Associate Attorney in the firm’s Tampa office, where her practice focuses on Insurance Defense, Premises Liability, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Construction Litigation, and General Liability. She represents insurers, corporations, and self-insured entities in all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, depositions, mediations, motion practice, and trial preparation.

Ms. Da Silva is a member of The Florida Bar and the Orange County Bar Association.

Born in Brazil, Ms. Da Silva earned her Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law. During law school, she gained valuable experience through the Barry Immigration Clinic and earned the Barry Law Honors Certificate in Litigation and Advocacy.
Prior to transitioning into insurance defense, she spent time in plaintiff’s personal injury litigation, where she handled motor vehicle accidents, premises liability matters, trucking cases, and complex injury claims. This experience provides her with practical insight into claim valuation, liability strategies, and exposure analysis, which she now uses to effectively defend her clients.

Before becoming an attorney, Ms. Da Silva worked for several years as a paralegal, further strengthening her case management skills and detail-oriented approach to every matter.
Ms. Da Silva was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2023.
