Calvin Gittens Jr.

Calvin Gittens Jr. is an associate attorney in the firm’s Orlando office. He has experience in civil and criminal litigation in state court. Mr. Gittens focuses his practice in the areas of commercial and civil litigation, with an emphasis on general liability, professional liability, general business disputes, products liability, and premises liability claims.

Mr. Gittens earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University, with a major in Business Administration. Mr. Gittens studied law at Barry University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate. Mr. Gittens earned the highest grade in Construction Law while in law school. Prior to joining Fulmer LeRoy & Albee, PLLC, Mr. Gittens spent over eleven years working as an Assistant Public Defender. Mr. Gittens led nearly fifty jury and non-jury trials and attended countless pre-trial and dispositive hearings. As an Assistant Public Defender, Mr. Gittens gained invaluable litigation experience.

Mr. Gittens is a member of the Florida Bar and admitted to practice in all Florida state courts.
