Michael LeRoy is a Founding Partner located in the firm's Orlando office, where
he serves as the Managing Partner of Fulmer LeRoy & Albee. His practice areas
include Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Products Liability, Transportation Law,
Construction Law and Medical Malpractice.
Mr. LeRoy is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, the Nebraska State Bar
Association, the American Bar Association and the Florida Bar.
Mr. LeRoy was born in Independence, Missouri. In 1993, he earned his Juris Doctor
degree with honors from Florida State University College of Law, where he served
as Articles and Notes Editor for the Florida State University Journal of Land Use
& Environmental Law. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree, Magna Cum Laude, in
1989 from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. While there, he was active in Golden
Key and was a Regent's Scholarship Winner.
Previously, Mr. LeRoy served as an Assistant State Attorney in the Sixteenth Judicial
Circuit, from 1993-1995. He was admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court,
both the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, in 1995. He was also admitted
to the Nebraska Bar in 1994, and The Florida Bar in 1993.
