Mr. Tollefsen is an Associate in the firm's Jacksonville office. His practice focuses on all aspects of liability defense and civil litigation.
A native of Omaha, Nebraska, he received his Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from the University of Nebraska in 1999. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan in 2003. While in law school, he worked as a law clerk at the Office of the Vice President and General Counsel of the University of Michigan during the litigation of the University's groundbreaking affirmative action lawsuits.
After law school, Mr. Tollefsen served as law clerk for the Hon. John F. Wright at the Nebraska Supreme Court. He is member of The Florida Bar, the State Bar of California and the Jacksonville Bar Association.
