Mr. Birmingham serves as the Managing Partner for the firm's Workers Compensation practice and is located in the Orlando Office.

Mr. Birmingham is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He also is a member of the Worker's Compensation Section of the Florida Bar.

In 1991, Mr. Birmingham was admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and to the Florida Bar. He earned his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law in 1991, and was listed in Who's Who Among Students in American Colleges and Universities and in the International Who's Who. He also served on the Editorial Board of the Stetson Law Review in 1991. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Stetson University in 1989.

Mr. Birmingham was born in Chicago, IL on March 26, 1968.
