Gary F. Baumann is a founding partner who earned his Juris Doctorate degree, with honors, from Nova Southeastern University in 1996. He practices many areas of civil litigation, including Construction Defect Litigation, Construction Bodily Injury Claims, Crane Litigation, Premises Liability, Wrongful Death, Premises and Auto Negligence. He has trial experience throughout Florida and is currently a member of the Defense Steering Committee handling Chinese Drywall Claims in the Multi-District Litigation in New Orleans. He regularly presents accredited seminars on topics such as Current Events in Florida Construction Defect Law; Premise Liability; and Claims Adjuster Ethics.
