Mr. Albee is a founding partner of the firm and is located in the Tampa office. His primary practice areas are Defense of Automobile Negligence, Premises Liability, Products Liability, Insurance Defense and Construction Defense. A significant focus of Mr. Albee's practice also includes the defense of health care professionals in medical malpractice cases and administrative matters before licensing agencies.

Mr. Albee's trial experience includes the successful defense of wrongful death and significant injury claims in automobile negligence, premises liability and medical malpractice cases. He is admitted to practice before the U. S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and a member of the Florida Bar.

He received his Juris Doctor degree from the Walter F. George School of Law, Mercer University, in 1993 and his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida in 1989.
