Mr. Albee is a founding partner of the firm and is the managing partner of the firm’s Tampa office. His civil trial practice includes the defense of a wide variety of disputes involving complex litigation, bench and jury trials and alternative dispute resolution. Mr. Albee’s experience includes the successful defense of matters arising out of Transportation, Premises Liability, Products Liability, Medical Malpractice, Construction Defects, and Condominium and Homeowner Association Claims. Mr. Albee defends cases throughout the West Coast of Florida.

Mr. Albee’s professional activities include membership in the Defense Research Institute, Trucking Industry Defense Association and International Association of Defense Counsel. He is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

He received his Juris Doctor degree from the Walter F. George School of Law, Mercer University, in 1993 and his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida in 1989. A native of Michigan, Mr. Albee resides in Saint Petersburg, Florida with his wife and three children.
