Mr. Rogers was born in Miami, FL. He received his Bachelors and Masters Degree in Accounting from the Fisher School of Accounting at the University of Florida in 1998-1999, and his Juris Doctorate Degree from the Levin College of Law at the University of Florida in 2006. Mr. Rogers' primary area of practice involves all areas of insurance defense liability litigation, including premises liability, automobile negligence, products liability, and construction litigation.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Rogers was a member of Walton Lantaff Schroeder & Carson LLP, where he practiced insurance defense litigation, and a law clerk for Johnson, Anselmo, Murdoch, Burke, Piper & Hochman, P.A. He is currently a member of the Florida Bar, the Broward County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
Mr. Rogers is also involved with developing the General Management Plan for Everglades National Park, protection and restoration of seagrass and habitat in Florida Bay, and is a volunteer for the annual Intercoastal Waterway Cleanup and the Winterfest Boat Parade. He enjoys the outdoors, fishing and diving throughout Florida.
