Tera L. Radigan is an associate in the firm’s Tampa office. Her practice areas include personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, medical malpractice. Ms. Radigan also handles first-party property disputes between insurance carriers and their insureds, and all assignees and agents of the insureds.

Ms. Radigan was born and raised in Michigan, and spent several years working as a paralegal before returning to school. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies in Social Science from Michigan State University in 2005. In 2008, she received her Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where she was also an associate editor of the Thomas M. Cooley Law Review.

She became a member of the Florida Bar in 2008, and was admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida in 2009.
