Jennifer L. McFarland is an associate in the Tampa office, where her practice focuses on general liability defense, products liability, premise liability, insurance defense and medical malpractice. She has prior legal experience in the fields of class action and mass tort litigation. She is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and a member of The Florida Bar. She is also a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association.

Mrs. McFarland received her Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law in 2003 and her Bachelor of Arts degree, Magna Cum Laude, from University of Central Florida in 1999. She was born on August 24, 1977 in Washington D.C.
