Michael P. McCahill was born in Oak Park, Illinois on June 26, 1977. He attended John Carroll University on a Riverside Golf Club caddy scholarship and graduated in 1999 with a BA in English Literature.

After college Mr. McCahill worked for several years as an accounting liaison at one of the world’s leading logistic providers responsible for the international transportation of equipment for the Olympics. Mr. McCahill earned is J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Sheppard Broad Law Center where he received a tuition stipend as a Graduate Assistant and founded the Celtic American Law Society. In his last semester Mr. McCahill participated in Nova’s Children and Families Clinic where he was able to practice law under the supervision of professors. During this time Mr. McCahill worked on an international child abduction case where he was able to reunite two small children with their father.

Before joining Fulmer LeRoy Albee Baumann, Mr. McCahill focused his practice on securities litigation and currently focuses his practice on all areas of insurance defense from slip and falls to mass tort litigation.
