Mr. Conahan is a litigation associate in the firm’s Tampa office. Admitted to the Florida Bar in 2001, Mr. Conahan’s practice focuses on general liability defense, commercial trucking defense, and insurance defense, including first-party and third-party claims. Mr. Conahan previously represented claimants in workers’ compensation claims in Florida and now represents carriers in defense of workers’ compensation claims. Mr. Conahan has litigated cases throughout west-central Florida, including the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Mr. Conahan was born in Wilkes-Barre, PA. He received his juris doctor degree in 2000 from Stetson University College of Law, and a Bachelor’s of Arts degree from the University of South Florida. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Conahan served as a municipal police officer in Pinellas County, Florida, and also served in the United States Air Force. Mr. Conahan has resided in the Tampa Bay area since 1991, and is a member of the Florida Bar, and the Federal Bar.
