Ms. Cassaro is an associate in the firm's Jacksonville office. A native Floridian, she graduated from Florida State University with a B.A. in 1991 and with honors from Florida State University Law School in 1996. While in law school, she worked as a legislative intern with the Division of Statutory Revision, clerked for Judge James Roy Bean III of the Third Circuit Court, and served as a judicial intern with Judge James R. Wolf at the First District Court of Appeal. She was also an executive editor for the Journal of Land Use and Environmental Law.

Following graduation from law school, she began practice in Jacksonville in the area of liability defense and civil litigation, with a particular interest in appellate litigation. Her reported cases are Galvez v. Merelo, 849 So. 2d 1158 (Fla. 1st DCA 2003), and Bocher v. Glass, 874 So. 2d 701(Fla. 1st DCA 2004).

She is admitted to the Florida Bar, the Middle District of Florida, and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
