Gerald C. Biondi “Jerry” is an associate in the Tampa office where his practice focuses on civil defense with a concentration on construction defects litigation. His practice also includes litigation work in areas including general liability, insurance defense, premises liability, liquor liability, and personal injury. Mr. Biondi received his Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law in 2006. In 2002 he received dual Bachelor of Arts degrees from Gannon University in legal studies and criminal justice, with a minor in philosophy.

Mr. Biondi was born in Erie, Pennsylvania on January 6, 1980. Mr. Biondi’s background includes extensive experience in the hospitality, entertainment, and culinary fields. While attending Stetson, Jerry was an active member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2007. He was admitted to practice law before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida in 2007. He is a current member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association.
